Each week, our colleague Maria Franzoni invites one of our keynote speakers to discuss their life, work, current projects and passions. We hope that hearing more about them will allow you to get a better understanding of who they are.

In this week’s show, Major General Patrick Marriott talks to us about his career in the military and how he learned his leadership skills. Good leadership is still highly important to Patrick and this inspired him along with his love of the countryside to lead a trek for children coast to coast.  He also talks about the book he is writing for his children and why on special occasions he likes to fire his cannon!!

Please welcome Patrick Marriott
