En 2007, elle a fondé son propre bureau, « Maria Franzoni Ltd. », également membre du réseau du London Speaker Bureau.
Au cours des 20 dernières années passées à travailler dans l’industrie de la conférence, Maria a largement contribué à élever les standards des bureaux, mais aussi des consultants et des conférenciers eux-mêmes, en faisant constamment preuve d’innovation et de créativité.
