Par la suite, elle occupe plusieurs postes dans la vente et le marketing pour Olivetti PC, Airtel Movil ( Vodafone ), et Hewlett -Packard.
En 2006, elle cumule son rôle de Country Manager de Google Iberia et son travail de consultante indépendante. Jusqu’en 2009, Isabel Aguilera est également présidente de General Electric pour l’Espagne et le Portugal.
Aujourd’hui, ses 20 ans d’expérience dans le marketing et ses opérations lui servent dans sa fonction au conseil d’administration de Indra, leader de l’information en espagnol.
