June a animé l’événement Make Poverty History en 2005 et Live Earth Grande-Bretagne en 2007. En 2008, elle a présenté la cérémonie à l’occasion du 90e anniversaire de Nelson Mandela devant 30 000 personnes réunies à Hyde Park, Londres. Elle a également interviewé le Prince de Galles, Bill Clinton, Al Gore et George Clooney.
Aux côtés du Prince de Galles, June Sarpong a travaillé en tant qu’ambassadrice de l’organisation caritative The Prince’s Trust, tout en représentant la campagne The One and Produce (RED).
