Il a écrit ou dirigé la publication d’une cinquantaine d’ouvrages ayant pour thème les relations internationales, les questions nucléaires et de désarmement, les rapports de force entre les puissances, la politique étrangère française, l’impact du sport dans les relations internationales, ou encore le conflit du Proche-Orient et ses répercussions en France.
Pascal Boniface publie de nombreux articles dans des revues internationales de géopolitique, intervient régulièrement dans les médias, qu’ils soient nationaux ou internationaux, écrits ou audiovisuels, et fait de nombreuses conférences et débats en France et à l’étranger.
