Diplômé en sciences politiques et en intelligence économique, Frédéric Bardeau est passionné de cyberculture, d’activisme, d’empowerment et d’inclusion numérique.
Il travaille depuis 15 ans comme consultant, conférencier, formateur et entrepreneur social, à mettre le pouvoir d’agir et le potentiel d’innovation permis par Internet au service des ONG, associations, fondations et de l’économie sociale et solidaire.
C’est dans cette optique que Frédéric a fondé LIMITE en 2008, la première agence pure player en communication responsable, qui compte une dizaine de salariés pour 3 millions d’euros CA.
En 2013, il cofonde l’entreprise sociale agréée solidaire Simplon.co, une fabrique accélérée de développeurs d’applications web/mobile et d’entrepreneurs du numérique et prioritairement tournée vers les jeunes des quartiers populaires, des milieux modestes et de la diversité, les filles et les porteurs de projets sociaux innovants.
Labellisée dans le cadre de la mission French Tech et de l’initiative présidentielle « La France S’Engage », Simplon.co a été créé à Montreuil (93) mais a rapidement essaimé en France (Vlleneuve la Garenne, La Loupe dans le Perche) et à l’étranger (Cluj en Roumanie) en s’appuyant sur des porteurs de projet et des anciens Simplonien(ne)s.
Frédéric est également auteur, avec Nicolas Danet, de « Anonymous, peuvent-ils changer le monde ? » (novembre 2011) et « Lire, écrire, compter, coder » (juin 2014).
En juin 2014, Frédéric est élu administrateur de l’ONG de lutte contre la corruption Transparency International France en même temps que Pascal Lamy.
En 2015, Frédéric Bardeau a été sélectionné parmi les entrepreneurs sociaux du réseau Ashoka, qui rassemble les pionniers de l’innovation sociale au sein d’un réseau mondial de plus de 3000 Fellows.
Frédéric et sa femme, médecin généraliste et gériatre, leurs activités humanitaires au sein de leur association lykemi. Cette association réalise des projets à taille humaine, souvent dans le cadre rural ou isolé.
