Greg Kinsey a débuté sa carrière en tant qu’ingénieur en automatisme chez Goodyear. Il a ensuite dirigé l’activité de la plateforme de données industrielles de Digital Equipment Corporation. Dans les années 90, il a été un pionnier du mouvement Lean Six Sigma, en tant que directeur de l’excellence opérationnelle chez AlliedSignal (désormais Honeywell) et Siemens. Il est par la suite devenu expert en transformation, ayant occupé des postes de direction chez IBM, HP, Celerant Consulting et Hitachi.
Il était membre du Digital Manufacturing Executive Council (DMEC) de DIGITALEUROPE à Bruxelles et intervient en tant qu’enseignant sur l’innovation et le « Design Thinking » au Management Center Innsbruck (MCI), en Autriche. Greg Kinsey est diplômé d’un MBA de l’Université de Georgetown et d’un Bachelor of Science en génie mécanique obtenu à l’Université Carnegie Mellon.
