Il est auteur de 26 ouvrages dont le best-seller Negociator, traduit en anglais et récompensé par le prix de l’Académie des Sciences commerciales, Les 5 leviers de confiance récompensé par le prix « Qualité et performance » et Négo, prix du polar « Sang pour sang » en 2021.
Il préside aujourd’hui l’agence TTA et intervient avec son équipe d’ex- pert auprès de tous types d’organisations en tant que conférencier, conseiller ou formateur. Il enseigne notamment la Négociation Complexe à HEC Paris. Engagé dans la préservation de l’environnement, il ouvre en 2021, son Campus de formation écoresponsable en Bourgogne.
