Après 6 ans dans le conseil stratégique en Suède où elle se spécialise sur les Fusions/Acquisitions internationales, elle intègre ESCP Europe en 2001. Elle enseigne dans les domaines de l’organisation, le leadership, le management interculturel et la stratégie. Elle intervient également dans le cadre de la formation continue internationale, notamment sur le développement du leadership et le management interculturel.
Ses travaux de recherche portent sur le leadership, le management interculturel, la gestion des organisations à “haute performance”, le changement organisationnel et le leadership entrepreneurial. Dans ce cadre, elle a écrit et coécrit plusieurs livres et articles, dont les derniers portent sur le leadership des grands chefs et la gestion d’excellence dans les grands restaurants trois étoiles en France et ailleurs. En nous faisant pénétrer dans les coulisses de leurs cuisines, ce livre leur rend hommage.
