Ancien joueur de rugby à XV et à sept. Champion de France en 1998 avec le Stade Français, Marc Lièvremont compte 25 sélections en Equipe de France entre 1995 et 1999, avec laquelle il remporte le Grand Chelem en 1998 et devient Vice-champion du Monde en 1999. En tant qu’entraîneur de haut niveau, il réussit à faire monter l’US Dax dans le Top 14 en 2007. La même année, il accepte le poste de sélectionneur du XV de France pour remporter le Grand Chelem en 2010 et être Vice-champion du Monde en 2011.
3 mois plus tard, sort cadrages & débordements écrit en collaboration avec Pierre Ballester, où Marc livre son parcours depuis sa nomination à la tête de la sélection nationale jusqu’à la finale de la Coupe du Monde, en offrant au lecteur une vision sans concession de « l’intérieur ».
